About Us
As an organization development consultant and psychologist, Dr. Anna Gibson specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations find creative solutions to old problems. She is passionate about connecting people to the right resources, kindling insight, and building ongoing relationships. She has worked in many sectors and industries, including state and federal government, healthcare, entertainment, universities, start-ups, and nonprofits.
Dr. Gibson holds a Psy.D. and M.A. in clinical psychology from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She received a coaching certification through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ Federal Internal Coach Training Program and is currently pursuing an International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching certification.
Our Practice
We are located in Tacoma and currently provide services within the state of Washington. We are exploring national and international service delivery, so if you are located outside of Washington State, please inquire. We work with clients on a virtual, mobile, and face-to-face basis at locations of mutual agreement. We also often work with clients in their place of business.
